Through family therapy, I work to provide a safe environment for each member of your family to explore the patterns that may be preventing your family from thriving. We will work together to help each member of your family identify and understand how their beliefs and behaviours impact the other members of the family and how to find a way forward.

In our world today, the word ‘Family’ has many meanings. Whether your family includes a spouse, young children, siblings, parents, adult children, extended family or close friends – family therapy and counselling can strengthen family attachment and restore connectedness.



perinatal counselling

As a parent, sometimes your needs get squeezed out. The unrelenting needs of a child can make your needs fall to the end of the list for months. It may feel like you don’t know who you are, or how to find your new identity as a parent and as an individual. It may feel like you’ve lost control, you don’t know what you’re doing, you’re fighting with your partner, or you worry constantly about the baby, all while feeling like you’ve lost yourself. With postpartum counselling, I’ll help you regain your sense of confidence and mastery so you can start to feel like yourself again.
